Dan Dehrkoop started his professional journey after earning a BS in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University. Early in life, he demonstrated a commitment to leadership and service by earning the rank of Eagle Scout at age 16, an achievement recognized with multiple awards and newspaper coverage highlighting his dedication to community impact and project execution. In 2012, he transitioned to DuPont Pioneer, which later became Corteva Agriscience, in Hedrick, Iowa. There, he rose through the ranks from plant operations manager to production manager.
Later, in 2023, Mr. Dehrkoop served as a global seed operations innovation lead at Corteva Agriscience. In this capacity, he guided the global innovation strategy across the seed production network, focusing on reducing waste, improving throughput, and increasing operational agility.
